1. Overview
CapEngage uses third-party subprocessors to provide our AI-powered automation platform. These subprocessors process personal data on our behalf to deliver services such as cloud infrastructure, communication APIs, payment processing, and analytics.
All subprocessors are subject to data processing agreements with equivalent data protection obligations as required by GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable regulations.

- This list is updated quarterly or when significant changes occur
